Information Technology Manager – San Luis Obispo, CA

Central Coast Home Health is a fast-growing, locally owned, and operated organization with an excellent reputation throughout California’s Central Coast. We are seeking a full-time Information Technology (IT) Manager to join our team at our San Luis Obispo headquarters. On Site 

With over 450 employees, our organization operates in a dynamic environment that supports both PC and Apple devices. The IT Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT department, ensuring reliable and secure technology services for both office and field staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee server maintenance and ensure system reliability and security
  • Provide desktop support for office staff and mobile device support (iPads, iPhones) for field clinicians
  • Supervise IT staff and coordinate technology projects and upgrades
  • Administer and maintain a hybrid on-premise and Azure Active Directory environment
  • Manage Microsoft 365 services including O365, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Support single sign-on (SSO), virtual machines, and Meraki MDM integrated with Apple Business Manager
  • Oversee additional systems including Kyocera printers, FileMaker (electronic consent form management), Avaya VoIP, and FaxCore FoIP

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Microsoft technologies, including:
    • Windows Server Administration
    • Active Directory
    • Office 365
    • Printing and file services
  • Working knowledge of Apple iOS device management and integration
  • Microsoft certification preferred
  • 5+ years of professional IT experience preferred, including system administration and user support
  • Proven ability to manage multiple systems and lead a small IT team
